98chrysler concorde I hear a clicking noise in my asd relay in my fuse box. Does this have something to do with my battery draining?

Does it click with key off/motor not running?
Do you have a problem with the battery going dead?
Does it make a difference with the headlights on or off? Please advise. All the information you can give me will help narrow it down.

yes the battery does go dead after about 15-30 min later. I recently replaced the battery, alternater and computer (also was wondering if you needed a code once the computer is installed to clear any existing codes?)
the car immediately starts with a jump
not sure if it makes a difference with the headlights

Change your "power control module", it's on the firewall next to the wiper motor.
And, no you don't need a code. The computer will erase any stored codes when it's disconnected from power. It may have to go through a "re-learn" process, but it will do this by itself.
