1997 Chrysler Concorde Windows/Heater/Airbag light

Electrical problem
1997 Chrysler Concorde Automatic

Just recently when I start my car I am unable to put the windows down, the heater doesn't work and my Airbag light stays on. If I turn the key slightly before starting it, I can use the windows (every other time I try this). I have no idea what the problem could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I took my car to a garage today, and was told there was a shortage in one of the wires in the starter. Everything works fine now.
