P0154 Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

I am not sure which bank is which. You need to figure out which cylinder head holds your number one cylinder (spark plug). Once you know that, go to the other cylinder head.

Before you replace the oxygen sensor on that particular exhaust manifold, make sure that you don't have any wires that is fried.
