The air conditioner nor heater will blow. I can not here the motor or fan running on it. With the controlls turn on to air condition or heat and I am driving down the highway I can feel a little air coming from the vents. And it feels cold or hot. But when I stop or slow down I cant feel a thing. "Please help".

Hi:
It sounds like the blower motor isn't working. There are a few reasons it could happen. It could be a switch, blower motor resistor, broken wire, or the motor itself is bad.

Get back to me and let me know if you want to trouble shoot the problem together. IF may get invoved, but if you're willing to try, I'll try to guide you.
