Engine Cooling problem
1996 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i recently replaced the water pump on my 96 concorde, i reset the timing but now my car is running hot ... can anyone suggest why? please please help me its my first car

well, it could be several things, one is the thermostat, also the engine coolant temperature sensor , and you also need to verify that the fan(s) are coming on both when the car gets hot and when you turn the a/c on. the radiator cap may not be hold the pressure like it should. . make sure your coolant is a 50/50 mix too.
