Steering problem
1996 Chrysler Concorde 135000 miles

I'm replacing the steering rack. I have the steering gear in place but the steering wheel is locking in an upside down position. What can I adjust to get the steering wheel to lock right side up?

You need to adjust the tie rods to place the steering wheel in the correct position. Put the steering wheel where you want it then align the vehicle. You will have to adjust the tie rods to meet the steering wheel.
