1996 Chrysler Concorde power door locks and radio inop

I checked fuse they seem ok/ is there
more than 1 location for fuse.

Also trans will not go ver 45 mph/was told
to try and change fluid and filter/do u think
that will help tried it before on another car
didn't help/ someone told me it might be an
electrical problem(HAHA)

Specifically check fuse 2, 8, 13, and 14. Check them (one at a time), pull, make sure it is not broken, and put them back. Also check circuit breaker 23.

Your transmission has gone into "limp home" mode. Need to cycle the ignition key ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON, and read all the fault codes displayed on your odometer screen. Report codes.
