I sold my buddy a 1996 chrysler concorde that I never drove. What would a reasonable tune up cost?

Well if you mean plugs, all filters and a diagnostic service it will cost between 175-250 dollars depending on the state you live in. It is not a 100 buck tune-up car. With that many miles it may not be worth it because any one would want to know about the other services like the wires and timing belts because they have to be addressed if they haven't been replaced. A cheap tuneup would mean plugs and maybe an air filter for 100 bucks and the plugs would be whatever the cheapest plugs they could put in. OK
