1995 Chrysler Concorde My Chrysler Concorde has a windshiel

When I turn off my windshield wipers, they do not return to the closed "down" position. They stop where ever they were at when I turn them off.

What is causing this?

Its the park switch inside wiper motor
have to replace wiper motor as a unit
