Gauges are working sometimes and sometimes not. Also light will come on and stay on. When turning on the key before starting the gauges may or may not be working at the time but will start working at a few minutes. There is a clicking sound when this seems to happen. Is there some kind of relay that needs replace or something?

There really isn't a relay for the cluster. Can you tell aprox where the sound is coming from?

No not really except under the hood somewhere. I run through some high water while on a trip to Mayfield, KY and later that sometimes I would get a clicking from the starter but after a couple of times of doing this it would start. It still does this once in a while. I believe this is also when the gauges started it mess up as well.

Check under the hood. There is a power distribution box. Open it to see if you can tell which relay is making the noise.

Let me know what you find.
