1995 Chrysler Concorde clicking sound

Hi. my name is Hope and a couple of weeks ago I tried to start my car and it would not start the lights worked and radio but it wouldn't start but it would make this clicking sound when I tried to start it...I tried it today and my battery is now dead....but could you help me figure out why my car was making the clicking sound....

Hi Hope:
It sounds like the battery was just about dead when you heard the clicking sound. That is a comon sound the starter makes when the battery is too low.

I recommend that you have the battery recharged and have a local parts store perform a load test on it. If it fails, the battery will need replaced. However, if it passes, then we will need to look for a different problem.
