1. front driver side- caliper pin bolt disloged from spacer - boot assembly
2. caliper cylinder Front Driver side missing a small portion of caliper- lip/edge
3.Would you suggest that I replace caliper assembly because of missing piece on edge or bolt assembly?

i would replace it, mainly as it may be damaged from the part being dislodged.
