1995 Chrysler Concorde !995 Concorde transmission

Our 1995 Concorde has trouble in reverse, only works on flat surface, slips on an incline, any help appreciated, thanks!

I would suspect it to be fluid related.

Did you check the ATF level and fluid condition?
Does it only happen at cold starts or at any engine temp?
