1994 Chrysler Concorde 152000 miles

I just bought this car from a friend and noticed that front turn signals are not working. When I turn all lights on, two park lights that use the same lamp as the turn signal come on. They just wouldn't blink when I turn the turn signal on. I checked the fuse and it's working. Replaced the lamps and that didn't do any good either. What could be the problem ? I really need to get these fixed before tommorow when I have a driving test scheduled. Thanks in advance!
