2000 Chrysler Cirrus Seering Lock

2000 Chrysler Cirrus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Seering mechanism has locked up. Key can't seem to move in the lock so he car can be turned on. Car does turn on with the automatice started but can seem to unlock the wheel.
