2000 Chrysler Cirrus conking out of engine

Engine Performance problem
2000 Chrysler Cirrus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

car had crankshaft sensor/all modules/throttle body/wires /plugs/coils/ still when you start up car after 10 minutes or so car conks out and can not be started until after 20-30-minytes later.

Has the fuel pump pressure been tested when this happens? Are you still getting spark when the car won't start? WIll it start with starting fluid when this happens?
