need instructions on how to replace the serpentine belt on my cirrus, unable to locate the tensioner and to see how to get the new belt on once i get the old one off

You have two serpentine belts. The inner belt runs the alternator and A/C, and the outer one runs the power steering. You have to remove the outer belt to gain access to the inside belt.

Outer Belt Raise vehicle and remove passenger side wheel. Remove splash shield. Locate power steering pulley (towards the firewall). On the back side of the pulley towards the timing cover, locate and loosen power steering pivot and lock bolts. Use 1/2" wrench to loosen the tension. Remove belt Inner Belt Loosen idler pulley (called automatic belt tensioner in the picture) lock bolt and adjuster bolt. Remove belt Install is reverse.
