Electrical problem

I'm interested in purchasing a car, but the owner is telling me the power windows do not work. All windows are in the up position and none of them work. He says it is only a switch and can be repaired for about $150, but when I asked my mechanic, he said usually when it's just a switch, only 1 window stops working, not all of them. Please help. I don't know if this is a worthwhile purchase. Thanks!

I would have him repair windows or you get an est. of repairs from dealer and negotiate price. Your mechanic is right it is not one switch.
