I have oil in my spark plug wires. Would this be the cause of my car running so rough? And if so would a tuneup cure the situation? Is there a step by step procedure on how to tune up this vehicle on your site or somewhere you can direct me to. Please let me know if you believe this is the problem.

that would definetely cause poor running, first thing to do is change the polugs and wires and see if the oil comes back, if oil comes back they are probably coming out of the spark plugs from bad piston rings or a bad valve seal. the only tune up that may fix this is new plug wires plugs and see if it goes away.
