1998 Chrysler Cirrus No Bus message on dash

Computer problem
1998 Chrysler Cirrus Front Wheel Drive Automatic 108k miles

My car sounds like it wants to start but just won't. After turning the key for about 5 seconds a message reading "no bus" appears where my mileage would normally be. After looking up some advice i found that the problem is most likely computer related. I need to know if this is something i can fix or if i can at least get the car started somehow so i can drive to a garage to avoid paying for towing?

The only thing you could do is check all the fuses in both fuse locations. Sorry
