How do you remove the harmonic balancer and keep it from turning at the same time?

I have a few Ideas. Leave the belts on and try that if that don't work then you need a impact to remove the harmonic balancer. you also need a punch to loosen the sprocket for the timing belt or other wise you will brake the timing cover. If you have anymore questions please e-mail me back!
