1997 Chrysler Cirrus A/C Test and Troubleshooting

A/C is blowing warm air. The Low end tests at 65 - 70 PSI which is high for the charts, I don't have a high end tester. Compressor is coming on? What, if anything do these symptoms tell you?

Could be freezing up due to air and moisture forming into ice and blocking off the orifice tube-Get vacuumed and see what happens
