How do you remove the crankshaft position senor on this car? I have the bolt out and can not seem to get it to move. Also the car does not start it just cranks. Would that be the crank shaft position senor?

I don't think it is your CKPS. The car will still start without CKPS but it runs rough. PCM uses the sensor for timing purposes. I would check if you are getiing any fuel. With your mileage, I suspect it is your fuel pump.
