1995 Chrysler Cirrus overheating

Car keeps overheating. When full of antifreeze, gives good heat. Temp gauge will rise and fall and rise higher. Can hear water in overflow container boiling. What could be possibles?

Here are some possibilities.

Cooling fans not working.

Thermostat Failure.

Water Pump Failure.

Radiator Failure.
