Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Chrysler Cirrus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
just changed water pump pulled timing belt tensioer complety off now engine will rotate and stop and act like it locks up is there something that i did wrong for it to do that
