As far as the electrical problem, I would start checking for a bad ground strap. My concern is the fact that the lights dimmed that tells me either there is a bad ground or a heavy drain on the battery and alternator. Has the alternator been checked? If you added an amp, make sure there are no shorts going to the amp. Also, make sure all ground straps are clean, tight, and not broken.
As far as the brakes, if the pedal goes to the floor and there are no leaks, chances are the master cylender needs replaced. As far as the pull you experience when using the brakes, do you have rear drum brakes? If so, start by properly adjusting them to see if that helps. Adjust the brakes until there is a slight drag on the wheel. After you have an equal drag on both wheels, get in the car and pump the brakes 4 or 5 times. That will center the shoes. Then check them again for adjustment.
NOTE: If the master cylender is bad, you may not be getting proper pressure to front or rear which can throw thing off.
Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
Joe
