the car when i first drive it the tranny works ok but when it warms up it wont shift to a higher gear. if iam already up to speed it will down shift to a lower gear.ihave changed the battery. someone said it could be messing up the computer but dosnt seem to help

Check the computer for codes. If I know this particular car, you will have to replace input and output speed sensors, on top of the transmission.
