after my car runs for 15 minutes, it shuts off for 10 minutes then will let me restar it? any opnions?

Hello, when it refuses to restart, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a fuel pressure gage and check fuel pressure. Are there any codes?

after it runs like a champ for 15 minutes it restarts in 10 minutes , no codes are on the dash reading out. i think it may be the caytlic converter?

I always check the basics first. It is possible the exhaust is clogging up.
