95 cirrus coolant fans comes on an stay on. I was told that the rfi module was bad. Could you help with this problem. James

The RFI module doesn't usually go bad. I would start with the relays first. There are a few relays the the box, just swap two with them. If that doesn't fix it, make sure the coolant temp sensor is working properly. RFI module will the last thing that you should check.
