1995 Chrysler Cirrus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 150000 miles

my cirrus runs and starts fine but when you stop at a light with it in gear it starts to run really rough and wont let you go anywhere untill you turn it off and back on and then its fine I suspect a sensor any Ideas
it a lx 2.5 liter 95

check for codes
you can cycle key on and off three time ending with key on
and check tranny fluid
check coil to inside the cap
is it due for tune up
