rear hatch will not open

all of sudden i cannot get the rear hatch of my Chrylser Aspen to open, either by key fob, the button at the front dash or even manually. Any thougths.

Hello,

There is a fuse #11 that we need to check here is a guide that will help you and the wiring grams so you can see how it works along with fuse location.

If the fuse is okay here are diagrams to help you remove the rear panel so you can access the inside the the door to manually work the latch.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find.

You only have to reset the ECM by disconnecting the battery terminal for a 10 sec. when it open again check for debris in the doorway if not your ECM could be the problem. Mine blow the fuse so I did this and it fixed it! I love this site.
