my digital fuel gauge is always pegged on full...all other gauges work fine. is there a way to fix this . ,,i was told it was a ground problem..where would the ground be located, if that is the problem. thank you very much.

Yes it could be a ground problem or a short. However, chrysler fuel pumps and float level are one unit which are known to go bad. I would start looking for shorts or ground problems near the fuel tank. If you have no luck, a new fuel pump / float may be your only answer.
