The blower motor is not getting a ground. I have traced the green wire to the fuse panel, but i cant trace the black wire anywhere. The control switch in the dash ohms out like it is working properly, and all the fuses i can find check good. Is there a relay or resistor that controls the ground? If so, where is it? This is driving me nuts, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like the blower motor resister is bad.
