Engine Performance problem
1989 Chrysler 5th Avenue V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When stopped the engine runs rough and wants to stall. Unless I turn on the heat/cooling fan to high. If I leave the fan on while driving the engine runs rough until I turn off the fan.
