I was driving to see my friend, when all of a sudden my car started shaking and wobbling badly. It was similar to a washing machine on the spin cycle. I'd pulled over because I wasn't sure what the problem was & I knew that I needed to put oil in my car anyway. After putting oil in my car, it was okay for a few feet & then after hitting a bump, it started shaking again. My friend's husband said it could be the alignment, but the alignment was already messed up when I got the car and it never started shaking again until yesterday. What could be the problem?

Have all steering components checked. Also, check to make sure the tires are tight and there isn't a shifted belt in one of them. Finally, does it only happen at a certain speed or could it be any speed?
