Electrical problem
1988 Chrysler 5th Avenue Automatic

Ok here is the deal we got this car from a friend and for some odd reason the left turn signal does not work whil the head lights are on. If anyone one knows what would cause this please let me know. Yes the turn signal works while the head lights are off. But it won't work while it is on. All the fuses have been check and are all good. Please we need this to keep from getting pulled over and getting a ticket that we can't really afford.

There may be a ground problem? If the tail lamps can't use normal ground, it may use the turn circuit for ground. At the rear lites, my info shows gray wire is ground. You could try a redundant ground, see if that helps. I can't rule out ground problem at the front.
