1987 Chrysler 5th Avenue Air Conditioning Problems

Hi, I own an 87' Chrysler Fifth Ave and when i turn on the Air conditioning System the air only comes out from the top air vents and nothing from the front. Only the top and bottom. The air does come out cold.

Where would the controler or blend door actuator be in my 87 Chrysler Fifth Ave?

Controler is the thing where all the switches for AC/heat
The blend door actuators are up under dash. On you model should be vacuum controled.
