NO HEAT I will get a minute of luke warm?

Heater problem
1984 Chrysler 5th Avenue V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 93.000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have replaced the thermostat, heater hoses, heater control valve, radiator cap, purge the system , all I get is cool air, or sometime I will get a minute of luke warm heat. Not even enough to defrost the windows. Radiator is fine to....Also even when the air blows it does not come out of the vents at the windshield anymore.

It sounds like the heater core is clogged which is common, I would use a garden hose to help flash it out would should fix the problem, here is a video that can help as well.
