Just had to replace a rim and a tire (other Goodyear triple treads are at 40k), plus replaced tie rods and bearings, had wheels balanced (wheel alignment not recommended), thinking that all this might stop noise. Any suggestions.

What exactly are you hearing? Do you still have the 3 old tires on the car?
