2005 Chrysler 300 flickering of instrument and headlights.

I have noticed that the lights flicker. It is becoming more apparent in the last few trips I have made and especially when I'm driving 50 miles or more.
I am dimming the inside instrument panel lights because it kind of annoying and distracting of course. Can you help? Yours... Hank de Jong
