2000 Chrysler 300 Turn signal clicks too fast

When I switch right turn signal on, it clicks to fast. I tried to look for a flasher in a fuse box underneath a steering wheel but could not find it. Do I need to change a flasher, if yes than how to find it and what does it look like?
