1999 Chrysler 300 replacing starter

If it has a 3.2l or 3.5l it is between the catalyst and the engine mount. Find the catalyst. And to replace it you will probably have to loosen a motor mount and raise the engine a bit to have enought room to remove it. Hope this helps.
