My key wont turn in the ignition of my car. It's never been this bad before, i've not been able to fix it. The weheel is also locked, how do I fix this myself without taking it to a repair shop?

If the key doesn't turn, there is a problem with the tumbler. Try a different key, spray a light lubercant in the key hole (just a little) to see if that helps. If it doesn't chances are the tumbler will need replaced. Because of the air bag, I would recommend taking it to a trained tech because steering wheel and part of the steering column will need removed, and the air bag could be deployed if you make a mistake.
