1999 Chrysler 300 heater fan does not work

how do I check if its the blower or ?

first check fuse and blower motor relay. if OK, you will have to test motor by applying 12 v direct power to motor and see if it comes on. If it does, test control panel switch. If it doesn't , replace blower motor.
