1999 Chrysler 300 Engine Size unknown Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 180000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Car all of the sudden starting making loud grinding noise.
Moved car to parking spot
Turned off engine. Still grinding.
After 30 minutes red fluid in front came gushing out.
Can move car in park, reverse, etc. drove .5 of a mile to park.
Would this be a power steering fluid with a broken hose or do you think it is transmission.
How much does it cost to fix?

red is usually transmission fluid which would explain the grinding, i dont know how much it would cost to fix as i would have to manually look over the transmission myself. take it to a shop and have a apprasal.
