1999 Chrysler 300 car is over heating

i have recently changed the radiatpr cap and checked the cooling fan which is working but my car is over heating.

Try replacing the thermostat-Don't work -check the radiator if its clogged-up and water pump pumping coolant thru out- if okay Get it block and pressure tested
