The air bag light is on, plus the horn nor cruise control no longer works

Problem with clock spring it powers up all the faulty systems. possible break in wiring. see diagram

Where is this part located?, and is this the the same device that controls the horn and cruise control? because all of them went out at the same time

Need to remove steering wheel be sure and disarm airbag or it may deploy. As I stated all nonworking items powered through clockspring.

The clock spring was the problem just as you stated.
