1999 Chrysler 300 air filter housing removal

Engine Performance problem
1999 Chrysler 300 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I've been trying to remove the bolt on the air filter housing for some time now..its on the right side...do I need a special wrench or something need help...thank you

I'm not sure of the bolt you mean. The housing opens with clips. Can you take a picture and upload it for me to see?
