One of my tire was low and stop by tire shop for repair. Was informed I had a leak because of pitting chrome. They attempted to sell me set of new wheels. Said that this issue would effect all tires. The other three tires are fine. Question, should I replace all wheels or see if chrome issue could be repaired without re-chroming the wheel? Tire is holding 24 the last four days should be 34. Airing tire up today to 34 and seeing how long it will hold. 17 inch original wheels for the car listed above. The best I can tell around $400.00. For B grade used. Please let me know my options or what would you do.
Thank you,
Jazzy

Thanks for visiting CarPros.

The first option I would look into is repair. There are many places that can fix bead sealing issues, if it's due to pitting there.

Next would be replacing the wheels as needed with a quality used one from a salvage vehicle. There are many listed at car-part. Com for well under $200.00.

Finally I would consider going aftermarket with aluminum wheels. They will not pit and an entire set can be had for a reasonable price
