Chrome trim are on area of taillights

Is there any type of glue that can be put on the chrome edges that pulled open? The chrome trim is about 1"wide and curves from taillights area toward front but is actually located on side of car near the rear door. Basically just a strip of chrome curved but possibly pulled loose when car wash wiped down car.

you could try clear silicone rtv then duct tape it in place if you can for 24 hrs then remove excess after

Where can I buy clear silicone rtv? Is this what a body shop would do? Thanks.
